1. Return Policy

• 🚫 If 7 days have passed since your purchase, a return will **not be accepted**.
• 🚫 We do not accept returns due to dislikes or change of mind.

2. Replacement Policy

• Products are eligible for replacement **within 48 hours of delivery** only in case of:

  • 🚫 Wrong item received

• Replacement, if approved, will be processed and dispatched after review.
• 📦 Minimal shipping charges may apply based on the parcel size.
• The replacement product will be delivered within 7 days

• Videos sent after the 48-hour window will not be accepted for replacement claims.

• Refunds will be processed **only after verification** of the return or issue.
• Refunds are not offered for shipping delays or minor packaging wear.
