How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to complete the payment via
UPI and enter the transaction ID to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept
direct UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). No cash-on-delivery (COD) option is available.
How long does it take to verify my UPI payment?
Payment verification typically takes
1-6 hours. Once verified, your order will be moved to “Confirmed” status.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation via
WhatsApp or Email (or both) once your payment is verified.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes! You can check your tracking status on our website. Alternatively, we can manually share it via
WhatsApp or Email upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: Generally faster.
- Other Areas: May take longer.
Delivery time depends on the courier service, and delays may occur due to external factors.
Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order is incorrect or damaged, please:
- 📌 Take a 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue.
- 📌 Send the video to our WhatsApp support at +91 93612 10495 within 48 hours of delivery.
- 📌 After reviewing, we will send a replacement if eligible.
Is an unboxing video mandatory for replacement?
Yes!
An unboxing video is required as proof to process any replacement requests.
