Refund & Replacement Policy

At The Miniature Hub, we specialize in diecast and collectible products. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests are reviewed and approved under the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product received in completely damaged condition
  • Factory defect clearly visible at the time of unboxing

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Collector grading expectations
  • Minor card bends, soft corners, or blister imperfections
  • Packaging wear that does not affect the product
  • Damage caused after successful delivery
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact
  • A valid unboxing video must be provided (see below)

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is required for all damage or incorrect item claims.

  • The sealed parcel must be shown before opening
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible
  • The entire opening process must be recorded
  • The product condition must be clearly displayed

Claims submitted without valid video proof may not be approved.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video proof

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange pickup if applicable.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to defect or incorrect shipment, The Miniature Hub will arrange return pickup at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers are not required to pay return shipping for approved claims.


6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered while allowing the customer to retain the product.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the return is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 1–7 days.

After processing, the amount may take approximately 3–5 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Important Notes for Collectors

  • All products are inspected before dispatch.
  • Due to the collectible nature of diecast items, minor packaging imperfections are not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to review and approve all return requests based on the conditions stated above.
